These terms govern your use of Signals, provided by Devonauts. By creating a workspace you agree to them on behalf of yourself and your organisation.
Your responsibilities
- Use Signals for legitimate business-to-business outreach only, and comply with the laws that apply to you and your recipients (for example India's DPDP Act, the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR).
- Send only emails you have reviewed or configured to send, honour opt-outs, and do not upload data you have no right to use.
- Do not use Signals to send spam, to harass anyone, or in ways that breach Google's, LinkedIn's or WhatsApp's terms.
- Keep your Google account and any provider keys you add secure.
Plans and billing
Trials last 14 days. Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled and include the usage limits shown on the billing page. You can change or cancel your plan any time from Plan & billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Data
You own the data you bring and the leads and drafts Signals produces for you. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy policy.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Signals available and accurate, but research, contact data and AI drafts can be wrong; review before you send. We may change features with reasonable notice.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before it arose, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
